Join the Parade!

Fremantle City Library is entering a walking float in the Fremantle Festival Lotterywest Street Parade, Sunday, 16th November, 2008.

Libraries Transform Lives

Library members are invited to TRANSFORM themselves into a book character and join library staff in the parade.

Adults and children welcome!  Show support for your library service and join in with the fun. All children must be accompanied by a dressed-up adult.

Hints For Comfort! It is likely to be hot on parade day, so make your costume comfortable enough to stay in it for the whole parade time, which may be 1-2 hours. Wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen and carry a water bottle.

Fremantle Toy Library has a selection of costumes suitable for children aged 3-6 years available for hire for members and non-members.

Hire charges for non-members: $10 per costume per week plus $20 refundable bond.
